PATTERN PROCESS

Over the years, I've found pattern to be very intriguing. I started this sketch book October 2016. It's been a way for me to capture the world around me. What I find most interesting in patterns is actually the negative spaces that the shapes create. So this sketchbook is just the beginning. If I'm really liking a sketch, I'll pull it into Illustrator and begin to play with it and create a ton of options.
